> actually experience. Data is sourced exclusively from official institutions
> (World Bank, WHO, ILO, FAO, Transparency International, Reporters Without
> Borders) and validated by ID-verified citizens. Coverage: 217 countries and
> territories. Output: per-country Sworn Score (0–100), per-promise status
> (achieved / on track / failing / broken / tracking), and 19 verified
> indicators across Survival, Living, and Governance.
